Handmade for You

Every pair of Oscar William shoes is handcrafted with exceptional care. Many of our styles are made to order, allowing us to produce footwear specifically for each customer.

Production Time

• Standard made-to-order shoes: Approximately 2–3 weeks
• Bespoke or custom orders: Production time will be confirmed before work begins.

Customisation

Depending on the style, customers may choose from a selection of options, including:

• Leather colour
• Sole option
• Last (where available)
• Finish and patina
• Personalisation (where offered)

Order Changes

Changes can only be made before production begins. Once work has started, orders can no longer be altered.

Cancellation

Made-to-order and bespoke shoes are handcrafted specifically for you. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns

As each made-to-order pair is produced to your specifications, these items are generally non-returnable unless they are faulty or not as described. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
