Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

You may return your shoes within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

• Shoes must be returned in good condition.
• They must not be damaged beyond normal trying-on.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for:

• Different size
• Different model
• Store credit

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or made-to-measure shoes
• Shoes altered or modified at the customer's request
• Repair services once completed

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Reason for the return or exchange
• Photographs (if applicable)

Once your request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning your shoes.

Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
