6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered.

• Ready-to-wear products are normally dispatched within 3–4 working days, subject to stock availability.

• Made-to-order footwear generally requires approximately 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and may vary due to courier delays, customs procedures, seasonal demand, or circumstances beyond our control.

Ready-to-wear footwear may be eligible for return if returned within the stated return period in unworn, unused, and original condition.

Made-to-order, bespoke, personalised, or customised products are generally non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.

Repair services are subject to inspection before work begins.

Estimated repair times may vary depending on the work required, material availability, and workshop capacity.

Completed repair services are non-refundable except where required by law.
