If your selected shoes are in stock, we usually prepare and dispatch your order within 3–4 working days.

Made-to-Order Shoes

Handcrafted made-to-order shoes typically require approximately 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch.

Production times may vary depending on the style, leather, colour, patina finish, and material availability.

UK Delivery

Once dispatched, UK deliveries usually arrive within 2–3 working days.

International Delivery

International deliveries typically take 4–7 working days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, customs inspections, courier delays, or material availability.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply.
