Our Commitment to Quality

At Oscar William Shoemaker, every pair is created with a focus on quality, durability, and timeless design.

Each pair is individually inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our exacting standards.

Manufacturing Quality

If your shoes arrive with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will carefully inspect the issue and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with your statutory legal rights.

What Is Not Covered

Our Craftsmanship Promise does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches or scuffs caused during normal use
  • Accidental damage
  • Water damage
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Improper care or cleaning
  • Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your shoes have a manufacturing fault, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will carefully review your claim and respond as quickly as possible.
