Our footwear is offered as Ready-to-Wear, Made-to-Order, with options for Express Shipping and In-Store Pickup. Please read the relevant section before placing your order.
Ready-to-Wear shoes are available in stock.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–4 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or peak periods.
Made-to-Order shoes are handcrafted specifically for you.
Production time is approximately 2–3 working weeks
Production begins after order confirmation
Once production is complete, your shoes will be dispatched according to your chosen shipping method.
Made-to-Order shoes cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Express shipping is available at checkout for eligible orders.
Express shipping applies after dispatch, not to production time
Available for Ready-to-Wear shoes only
Express delivery times vary by destination and courier
Please note:
Express shipping does not shorten Made-to-Order production time
Express shipping fees are non-refundable
We offer free in-store pickup for Ready-to-Wear orders.
