At Oscar William, we take pride in producing quality handcrafted footwear. We offer international delivery, complimentary UK shipping and in-store collection from our London boutique.

1. Shipping Charges

Our current standard shipping rates are:

Shipping charges are applied per order, not per pair. The final amount will be confirmed at checkout.

Delivery is available only to countries supported at checkout. Additional customs duties and import taxes may apply to international orders.

2. Ready-to-Wear Shoes

Ready-to-Wear footwear is normally prepared for dispatch within 3–4 working days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• United Kingdom: 1–3 working days

• European Union: approximately 3–7 working days

• United States: approximately 5–10 working days

• Other international destinations: subject to courier service and customs clearance

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Made-to-Order Shoes

Our Made-to-Order footwear is crafted specifically for each customer.

Standard production normally takes approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on the style, leather and finishing requirements.

Delivery time begins after production is completed and the shoes have been dispatched.

Personalised and made-to-order items may be subject to different cancellation and return conditions. These will be communicated in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

4. International Delivery and Customs

International orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.

Customs duties, import VAT, local taxes and clearance charges may apply depending on the destination.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Delivery may be delayed by customs inspections or local import procedures.
